Friday, July 21, 2017 - Dark and brooding, with quite a bit of sediment. I suggest decanting to remove the sediment, even though we didn't.

Ultra ripe blueberry and bacon fat on the nose, with beautiful funky earth notes. Similar flavors on the palate, with a really long, lingering finish.

Fantastic now and probably at peak, but will keep for 5+ years at least.
