Friday, August 18, 2017 - My last bottle, and in fact one of my last pre-schism Pax wines. Boysenberry, tar, and earth, with acid providing the structure. Drinking well, and I'm confident drinking it now; while I think it will hold awhile, I think it's probably as good now as it will ever be. Delicious!
