Thursday, August 26, 2021 - Rich and decadent in the old Pax style. Age has not slowed this party guy down. Nose shows maraschino liqueur and sweet Thai basil. Palette shows blackberry preserves, sweet herbs, and black currant. Round and long mouthfeel. Velvety tannins and long finish.
