Monday, January 15, 2024 - Beautiful nose of blackberry pie, some honey, sweet pastry, sweet oak, dark cherries, red fruit and some mocha. Drinking well but after 2 to 2.5 really bloomed and opened up. Dark fruit and dried berries, lovely oak, dried rose, coconut and vanilla on long finish. Another fantastic showing.
