Saturday, February 15, 2014 - Another Saturday at Knightsbridge - mostly blind (Northbrook, IL): Tasted double blind. Mostly black fruit aromas, meaty, dense on plate with good minerality and textures, modest spice. Still very firm, this needs more cellar time.
