Saturday, February 18, 2023 - Color: deeper yellow
Nose: ripe, rich mix of sweep yellow fruits, typical for mature white burgh
Taste: again the ripe yellow fruit wit some buttery, nutty aftertaste. Not super concentrated but a joy to drink. And much better at a higher temperature. Take out of the fridge 30 min before serving
