Wednesday, August 9, 2023 - Ripe white fruits and oak on the nose. Bitterness from the oak tannins and minerals balance the abundant fruit. The immense dry extract hides the acidity but this is very fresh and vibrant despite all the fruit. Needs time to absorb the oak.
