Wednesday, February 21, 2024 - 2 hours after a double decant, and some some in a glass, this wine was singing! Beautiful full deep color, followed by dark berries on the nose, and more dark berrries, pencil lead, and with some christmas spice on the palate. Palate was full bodied, and went great with the Rib eye and the pasta/bolognese sauce at Ca Dario Montecito. Still has years to go. The goup enjoyed it and rated it in the middle of the pack of 10 wines.
