Sunday, March 1, 2015 - Probably just at its prime, a crisp and refreshing wine served with mushroom risotto and lemon caper piccata. Tastes of citrus, tempered with a slight oaky undertone, it perfectly complemented both the lemon and the chicken stock. Note that I rated 85, which is a good but not very good or excellent wine. I would buy again.
