Sunday, January 15, 2023 - Impressive for a young Corton. Darker fruited but well poised. Has a nice mixed of spice to get this considerable depth ans just a hint of oak on the back end. Quite forward and lush though there’s tannin on the finish.
On a day of 1er and satellite villages this sole grand cru stood out for its depth and structure. On the powerful side.
On night 2 was showing more influence but not too intrusive.
