Wednesday, November 9, 2022 - 90-91. Bright and fruity nose as well as entry on the palate, but then weakens on the mid palate into the finish. Would be nice if this gains some body and complexity on the mid palate in coming years. It’s in nice balance but is a little tannic on the finish. The 2019 volnays are generally drinking well now, and this is true here as well.
