Monday, May 24, 2010 - Very interesting nose, sweet aromas of the cellar, mushrooms and some vegetable note, maybe asparagus.
An interesting and enjoyable old wine, fairly dry, meaty. At first you'd say devoid of fruit now, but then the flavour of blackcurrants kicks in.
