Wednesday, June 28, 2023 - Burg/Bordeaux/Italian Dinner with BYO Gang (The Masses Singapore): Pale ruby. A wine that I had prepared with bottle breathing over several hours, and it showed on both the nose and the palate. Aromas are largely florals and greens at first, and then became somewhat ripe red fruited with rich violets. Similarly on the palate, that started off linear and rustic first, then became soft and voluptuous after breathing, with rich red cherry and plums. Quite lengthy and floral. Really lovely!
