Thursday, December 28, 2023 - What a glorious wine! Nose was full of sweet notes of black fruit and a touch of chocolate - totally surprising. Flavors were full of ripe dark fruit like a good luxardo black cherry and maybe ripe black plum with a delightful backdrop of chocolate. Finish was long with ripe fruit and chocolate. This is an early wine but if it gets better, and it will, it will be spectacular. Glad I have 5 more!
