Tuesday, April 16, 2024 - Had a few of these over the last few weeks.
Clear, deep purple with minimal meniscus.
Nose of rasp and cherry but palate bursts with the fruit and includes blueberry, blackberry and a hint of plum.
Savory elements include pepper, bramble and chalk.
Med+ body, length, complexity.
