Saturday, October 8, 2022 - 1 hr decant, slowly sipped 3 more hrs. Wine of the night! Rich purple/magenta. Soaring and expressive aromas outta the glass of rich ripe dark fruits, lavender, tree trunk, baking spices and sweet minerals. Opulent, bold, massively huge on the palate offering nothing but intense pleasure on every sip! Additional notes of mushrooms, forest floor and dried herbs. Lively acidity and ripe tannins on a super long finish! What a stupendous blend of sugarloaf Franc and merlot. Cheers!
