Sunday, March 31, 2024 - Open the bottle in a birthday party. Very quiet and closed but leak enough scent of cool white flower all over the glass bowl, very elegant. After almost two hours the wine start to build-up powerful almost forceful but well behave nose of complex bouquet of white flowers white tea and scent of white stone fruit here and there but in a luxurious style. When this come to palate the scent of flowers had confirmed it’s presence and transformed into sweet taste. The sweetness almost feel like honey with just right acidity but conceal under a buttery coat. The aftertaste was unbelievably very long explosive and pleasant finish. A lot of taste that cannot described into words. How can I describe the ambience of the MoonLight Sonato perform by a great pianist in words. A legend.
