Friday, March 1, 2024 - Minor colour development. Fruit aromas just emerging. Quite fine.
Ditto flavours. Perfectly poised to emerge in a decade or more. From memory, this is not on the level of the 2014, which I expect to be an absolute classic vintage, but this has bones to be wonderful drinking in 10-15 years.
Stop press- touch of acetone emerging as it sits and warms… Hmm.
