Sunday, December 31, 2023 - Blind tasting. Pnp in Zalto. Nice nose of shy orchid and candied papaya. Palate super straight and reducted: very mineral tending to an "organic" style. Dried hay, golden dried wheat. Needs hours of decantation to shy a classic peeble stone, pineapple, and singular curcuma. That is a great personnalised Chablis 1st cru. 89 at first kiss, 93 after one night (of aeration). Great potential.
