Monday, December 25, 2023 - Deep ruby with a small garnet rim. A nose of dark blue fruits with a lovely freshness. (Mint?) The palate still has plenty of ripe juicy fruit with a compelling savory note. Medium plus acidity makes this great with food. (Served with Bison bolognese) These wine are built to age. Stiil plenty of life left. Last bottle.
