Wednesday, December 5, 2012 - My last bottle was pleasant enough, but a bit tired. Cherry, cedar, tar, but a hole in the middle, and tannins take over. Either the vintage was unbalanced or I waited too long, or both. Still a pleasant wine, but Nebbiolo is capable of rising to a higher level than this.
