Thursday, July 8, 2021 - Mix of citrus fruits on the nose with a touch of gooseberry and white florals. Definitely fruit forward on the palate but balanced by juicy acidity. Slightly creamy mouthfeel. A little short on the finish but otherwise what I would expect from a well made Napa sauvignon blanc. Very versatile from a food pairing perspective as well.
