Thursday, February 15, 2024 - My prior note generally applies. Differences being: Grilled meat has been replaced by chocolate, and there is a soft floral note now.

The bitter astringency softens nicely after a good 1 hour decant and the flavors gain strength and clarity.

Day 2
Sadly the lovely flavors have died down a little and the bitterness has returned. Not much structure left either. Still serviceable with food. 3 points lost.

Day 3
Bitterness is gone. Flavors, though still diminished, are more evident for lack of said bitterness. Point added.
