Saturday, February 18, 2017 - During a tasting "bring a bottle that is at least 25 years old". Dark crimson, brick rim. Aristocratic and cool nose of dark fruit, autumn leaves, tobacco, earth. Excellent presence on the palate, the tannins are in line with 88 which means a bit more rustic than in the best vintages but not disturbing. Make sure you order steak with this like we did and you will have a winner.
