Saturday, July 9, 2022 - Another excellent Vermentino from Tablas Creek. A perfect pairing with a simple but excellent quality green salad with a lemon oil dressing. Just perfect. Then drank on its own well over the following couple of nights. Less obvious limestone minerality than many other vintages, this shows a bit softer and fruit forward perhaps. Leads with lemon and other citrus, some floral elements.

12.5% abv

Sad to have only purchased one bottle of this vintage, but at least I've got a couple of the 2021 in the cellar, which is already sold out.
