Saturday, November 12, 2022 - P&P. Lots of cherry in this one right from the pop. Cherry and oak aromas with some alcohol heat, all of which follow to the palate. Lightly drying tannins bring up the finish, with a good zing of acid. Good stuff now, but likely room for improvement with additional bottle age. Drink now (maybe decant?) through 2031.
