Monday, March 10, 2008 - Nebbiolo & Co from Gaja, with Gaia Gaja.: Nebbiolo with 5% barbera. The most powerfull nose of the three single vineyard barbarescos, with sweet dark berries and liquorice. Full bodied and fruity in the mouth with quite noticeable oak. Round with good tannins. Drying finish. Not as complex as the Costa Russi. Will probably be very nice when and if the oak will integrate.
