Tuesday, October 26, 2021 - Bottle breathe for 2-3 hours, and decanted for 1 hour before serving. Massive wine with vivid red fruit, loads of flower and mineral nose. Big and full body. Somehow it's yet to show a lot of complexity. I suspect more decanting was needed, or longer cellaring. Will try again 5 years from now
