Friday, April 23, 2021 - Same as previous 2015 vintage - Not as robust or complex as Napa or Sonoma Cabs, but among the better Paso Robles Cabs. More a fruity than a peppery Cab. Good alone or paired with food, but has some limitations in accentuating food to improve. Opened up improved over the next week. Good 5 cent sale buy from BevMo.
