Saturday, March 23, 2024 - Dunkelrot im Glas. Opak. Eine Nase von Pflaumen und Brombeeren, überlagert von einer rauchigen, schokoladigen Note. Darüber ein bisschen Pfeffer und ein Spritzer Eukalyptus. Fantastisches Säurespiel in Balance mit sanften aber präsenten Tanninen. Ein langer Abgang, der bis zum nächsten Schluck andauert. Komplex, komplett und wohl ausbalanciert. Einer der besten Syrah, die ich bis jetzt getrunken habe.

Dark red in the glass. Opaque. A nose of plums and blackberries, overlaid with a smoky, chocolatey note. A little pepper and a splash of eucalyptus on top. Fantastic acidity in balance with gentle but present tannins. A long finish that lasts until the next sip. Complex, complete and well balanced. One of the best Syrah I've drunk so far.
