Friday, December 27, 2013 - Lovely, floral nose with some red fruit and a hint of spice. Primarily cranberries on the palate, with some spice and a bit of vanilla. Good mouthfeel, wonderfully complex. Works just to sip, but would pair with a lot of different foods. Decanted about 2 hours. I think this could get even better, but it is drinking wonderfully now.
