Saturday, September 23, 2023 - 1st Day- Light nose, floral and cherrys. Typical Nebbiolo appearance. Good acidity, but barely anything else there to give it nuance or balance. Almost comes off sour. After decanting for 3-4 hours it wakes up a bit. Went well with a rich beef stew.
2nd Day- Definitely a bit more character after a day. More fruit, but not ripe. Dried figs, dried cherries, and chocolate.
Liked this enough, but for the price there might be other options to consider.
