Monday, February 5, 2024 - Soon as I took the cork off the aromas came bursting out. Dark red fruit, iron, perfume, game, cheese, and dried herbs. Flavors of red plum, red currant, raspberry, tomato, spice, and menthol. medium finish with medium plus acidity. Very good with pizza, olives, and sage-based dishes.
