Monday, December 25, 2023 - An unusual profile, with notes of Granny Smith apple and coconut commingling throughout. Minerality builds as it warms, with hints of wet stone weaving in, and just enough acidity to keep it moving. The oak is overwhelming here, but somewhere under it is an interesting wine.
