Wednesday, October 5, 2022 - red purple colour, fading at the trim,
ripe heady nose, spicy, plummy, a touch medicinal, touch of tobacco,
Full body, thick texture, drying tannin, baking spices. Like an old Rioja mixed with an old Medoc but without the Musar funk you sometimes get with Weinert. Will appeal to those who likes their wine a little old fashioned, as I do.
