Thursday, November 18, 2021 - Entry is balanced ripe spicy fruit, light acid, coffee bean level tannins. Moderate to full bodied, some tasters may find is slightly chunky with a texture and fruitiness bringing to mind a Zinfandel. It will stand up to assertive dishes, cheeses, red sauce.
