Saturday, November 25, 2023 - Bitter melon, peach skin, grapefruit zest, saline, garrigue, touch of VA.

medium bodied, medium acidity, good smack of refreshing bitterness. Pronounced intensity.

Really amazing tension. The balance of the bitterness, acidity, and weight is just perfect. Long finish of bittersweet peach gummies, if those even exist. Savory notes are just starting to pop in.
There is a lot going on here, and so much of it I don't quite have the words to describe. Incredibly captivating wine.
