Sunday, April 21, 2024 - Pale yellow-gold with green tint. Lemon, mandarin peel, hazelnut, white flowers, cedar, honeycomb, yellow peach, apricot, oyster shell. Medium-full bodied, medium-high acidity, medium-high structure, medium alcohol and long citrusy finish. Complex, elegant, layered and well-balanced. Slightly viscous on the palate. Good weight with lift. A fantastic effort from Rully.
