4/8/2024 6:32:00 PM - Sweet?!! Sorry but this must have been your last tasting of the day. We drank this evening and it was wonderful and close to zero residual sugar. Try it again and you will agree your review is way off base. Please.

4/9/2024 9:24:00 AM - I'm sure you realize you drank this wine 3 years after I did, wines become less sweet with time, and 3 years is a long time for a Rose to evolve. I'm glad it worked out.

4/9/2024 10:05:00 AM - Sure, I do realize this but the residual sugar doesn't change perceptively unless it is still fermenting in the bottle. But when we purchased this wine we bought a case of it in April 2021 and have been drinking it for that long. I'm not trying to start an argument but I was just shocked to see the word "sweet" associated with any ES wine. We had been wine club members for 14 years (until the French dude bought their winery) and know Elizabeth and Spencer personally. I do not recall Spencer ever making anything sweet--not even a dessert wine. I know my wife would have never drank it if she had detected any residual sugar. Unfortunately that was my last bottle of the 2020 or I would have sent one to you to try again. It is a really good rose. All the best, --Eric
