Tuesday, January 28, 2020 - Fully mature without a doubt and maybe a bit past it’s best. Compared to the 21st century examples this night the ‘95 is deeper, richer, more evolved, more complex and more interesting. On the edgy side of fruit, more burnt apricot than fresh peach. Good acidity, good mousse yet just slightly less energy than previous bottles.
