Friday, January 8, 2010 - A great value sparkler. Blind, this wine does not remind of a pinot and blanc de noirs would be hard to guess. Toasty and light, it has a clean quality and fine bubbles with high-quality fruit. You would think that this would go for around $20, but a great value, and similar in style to a good cava.
