Monday, September 24, 2012 - The wine looks Yellow gold colored. It smells like Grapefruit, Strawberry, and Strawberry Jam. It tastes like Peach, Raisin, and Grapefruit. The body is Medium/Full. The wine has Linear texture. The wine finishes Medium. Quite a sleeper; the blanc de noirs-character makes for a very structured wine one shouldn't hesitate to pair up with food.
