Tuesday, November 28, 2023 - Earthy redcurrant and caramel. Dried cherry and well incorporated dill. Fragrant forest floor. Still structured with mouthwatering acidity. The way the American oak has settled in is so cohesive. Incredible pure cherry note that just continues on the finish which builds through dried herbs and fig. Delicious and far more ready than Tondonia GR 01 based on the examples I've tried.
