Tuesday, December 5, 2023 - A fantastic bottle of this with incredible freshness and intensity for a 27-year old Champagne. Beautifully balanced with delicious lemon/lime fruit and a fabulous smoky chalky minerality. The finish is deeply satisfying and wildly complex with just a touch of oxidation only in the background and after a lot of air. A great bottle of bubbles that will last for several more decades. Wow!
