Thursday, February 22, 2024 - (Not a) birthday dinner (Hinsdale, IL): Good, not great bottle of this tonight. Plenty of the expected chardonnay cut, but a little more browned and missing the cut that I want from Comtes. That said, this was still plenty clean and minerally; the acidity just wasn't as dialled in.
