Friday, April 1, 2022 - Another excellent effort.

Bouquet of apricot and some lime, needed some time to open up and this intense saltiness.
With time the palate gets the creaminess, always apparent in Sankt Nicolaus. Great wine with urgent need for 1-2 more years in the bottle. should keep for at least 10-15 years thereafter
