Tuesday, August 26, 2008 - Beautiful dark ruby color. Still pretty tightly wound with a dense nose of black cherry, spruce and white pepper. More giving on the palate with some intense dark cherry fruit on the attack with a veyr long intense finish. Another year or two of bottle age will do this good.
