Thursday, August 3, 2023 - Pale yellow with green tint. Citrus, green apple, tropical fruits, butter popcorn, jasmine tea and honeysuckle. Complex, layered and elegant. Excellent structure. Lots of tensions on the side palate. Very long finish.

We drank it with 2020 von der fels. Folks who didn't know wine preferred the von der fels due to its upfront fruits and easy drinking. All connoissuers preferred the Hubacker due to its complexity and quality.
