Tuesday, December 1, 2009 - Nice oak and spice on the nose. Tastes of a simple Merlot. A little bitter finish, but none of the bell pepper found in some inexpensive WA merlots. Second night, becoming slightly sour, with a lot of tartrate remaining in the glass and the bottle. Definitely for drinking in the next year.
