Wednesday, October 6, 2021 - Milder flavors than I expected but so well integrated. Gold bronze color. Plenty of effervescence. Mild berry and sour notes on the nose continue on the palate which is creamy but light enough to drink easy. You get a sense of alcohol but wouldn’t guess it’s 11%+. Lovely.
